Bookings

How do I make a booking?
Browse activities, select your preferred date and time, choose the number of travelers, and click "Book Now". You'll receive a confirmation email once your booking is processed.
Do I need to create an account to book?
Yes, you need a free account to complete a booking. This lets you track your bookings and access your reservation history at any time.
How will I know if my booking is confirmed?
You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after booking. You can also check your booking status under "My Bookings" in your dashboard. Bookings show as "Pending" until approved by our team.

Cancellations & Refunds

What is the cancellation policy?
Activities marked "Free Cancellation" can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Other activities may have different policies — check the activity page for details.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
What happens if the operator cancels?
If an activity is cancelled by the provider (e.g. due to weather or safety concerns), you'll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

Payments

What currencies and payment methods are accepted?
All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR). We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We never store your full card details.

Hotel Pickup

Which activities include hotel pickup?
Activities with the "Hotel Pickup" badge include complimentary pickup from your hotel or a nearby meeting point. The exact pickup details are confirmed in your booking confirmation.
What if my hotel is not on the pickup list?
Contact us at info@moonvalleytours.com with your hotel name and booking details and we'll do our best to arrange pickup or find the closest meeting point.

In what languages are tours available?
Most tours are available in English. Some activities offer tours in Spanish or Turkish as well — this is indicated on the activity page.
